I'll just blame the heat...

Lately I am finding myself irrationally frustrated. Grouchy and snappy. At particularly bad moments I honestly can’t tell if I am frustrated with some part of myself, or if I am frustrated with the situation or someone else. And vice-versa… sometimes I am frustrated with the situation or a person, but I turn it all inward, blaming myself instead. It all gets very confusing. Where is the reset button?
