Groceries and Life

During the height of coronavirus most grocery stores banned reusable bags, so the part of my brain that had been dedicated to REMEMBERING those was then delegated to remembering my MASK. Now I have to remember both. I’ll get there.

So, it’s the middle of July — so much has been going on! We have chickens now, only 12 from the original 13 chicks, and they are a bright spot in my day every day. Definitely a mob scene.

There are flowers blooming despite the drought, and blueberries ripening. In many ways I couldn’t ask for a better summer…

Healthwise I’ve been holding steady. Now that my chiropractor is able to see patients again I am going there every 3-4 weeks to try and hold my body together. Next week I get a new splint for my TMJ/jaw issues (gee, I wonder why I’ve been clenching my jaw so much lately?)… mentally, I am holding the course — I’ve found some homeopathics to help weather the emotional roller coasters I can be on, and so far, I’m pushing through the bad times — thank goodness. This was a drawing I posted on Facebook and Instagram a while ago…

I hope you are all doing okay — as okay as you can be — and find something every day to fill you ❤️
